I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX. After high school, I moved to Dallas, TX to attend a technical school that offered courses in computer programming and computer operations. Following graduation, I landed my first professional job working for Electronic Data Systems ( EDS ). The eight years at EDS and my previous technical training helped me become very detail oriented and have the ability to explain technical issues to our customers in laymen terms. This IT career continued for five years at Peer Services, Inc. and then another Twenty Eight and a half years working at Hitachi Data Systems in the Dallas area.

Following a layoff in 2017, I started working for LegalShield. LegalShield offers a Pre-Paid Legal Plan and IDShield Plans that Monitor and Restore your Identity should it be stolen.

I have been married to my wife Liz for 37 years. Our two children ( Greg and Kathryn ) are adults and married to their sweethearts. They live fairly close to us. Greg and his wife Lizbeth and our grandson ( Seth ) live in Grand Prairie, TX. Kathryn and her husband Joe live in Edmond, OK with our granddog ( Onyx ).

About four years ago, Liz and I started going to RV shows to see all of the latest models. We finally decided to invest in a Travel Trailer in 2021. We purchased a 2021 LANCE 2075 in April 2021. This also meant an investment in a truck to pull it. That choice was a 2021 Ford F-250 with the 7.3L Gas engine. Now, we are Part-Time RVers. Yes, we had one minor issue on our New travel trailer that would have been identified with a Premier RV Inspection prior to purchase. This required taking the travel trailer back to the dealership for a service technician to repair. It was repaired while we waited. RV’s are expensive and having an Independent ( third party ) Inspector document all the visible and operational issues will help potential buyers make better decisions.
